Called Home Cure Professionals to look at doors that were installed a few years ago when I had a small space finished. Thomas Gannon explained how he would have to fix the doors, the previous contractor only used nails to set the door, not screws nor shims. He explained why over time this fails. He then went about it. 3 hours later all the doors were perfect with only caulking and paint touch ups to be done(I still had the paint). I had him then adjust other doors through out the old part of the house while caulking was setting. 2Hrs later he was done and cleaned up and wiped down. I didnt have to do a thing!
I called Home Cure professionals to look at siding I had replaced 3 years ago. Some pieces were loose and we had them come to fix them. Thomas Gannon showed me all the mistakes done when the siding was installed. Sadly he showed me that the contractor did not install the replacement Tyvek I paid for. The flashing is installed poorly in many places. He said all the siding would have to be removed and reinstalled to guarantee there are no leaks to my exterior and install the Tyvek. He fixed the loose pieces and installed some flashing where siding and roof meet, to shed the water out. 6 hours later my siding had some of the flashing repaired. Although they only work by the hour, I got more honesty and quality work done, I feel I got more than what I paid for!

We do not rake leaves, clean gutters, dig ditches, or other non skilled work, We only work by the hour $100 per hour (often cheaper than set fee jobs). We do not take on projects.
City of Falls Church has no travel time fee for the next 6 months
Travel time fee is $75 for northern Virginia
Any material costs will be paid at least 2 hour before completion or charged before performing any work.
DC has a travel time charge of $150
